The Other Within was filmed as part of the 2nd Act Film Festival, and because of the deadline we faced, we ended up having to shoot the weekend after Hurricane Helene blew through our area. With uncertain surrounding the production we decided to green light it even though some of our locations didn't have power restored and some of our crew didn't know if they'd even be able to make it to set.

To say we were operating on a skeleton crew in tumultuous situations would be an understatement, but when you have talented and dedicated people that show up and bring their A-game the result speaks for itself.
